The IN GOOD COMPANY Learning Circles provide additional support for Board Presidents and Executive Directors who already participated in the 2010-11 Board Leadership program.  To be eligible for participation, an individual must have attended the 2010 Fundamentals and Board Bootcamps workshops and at least two other drill-down workshops.

You have the tools in your toolkit, now the challenge is to apply them in your day-to-day practices.  Easier said than done.  These professionally facilitated learning circles offer nonprofit Board Presidents additional, more in-depth practical training combined with invaluable peer support, problem-solving strategies and coaching. These small, peer-directed learning groups provide new insights in a confidential environment that enables the participants to benefit from each other and share experiences that they would unlikely raise with co-workers or fellow Board members.  Each session will focus on a topic of concern agreed upon by the group and will provide both content material and time for guided peer-to-peer problem-solving. The first session (November 2) will be a face-to-face, three-hour session so the group can meet each other and begin the team-building process.  The remaining four sessions will be held virtually, so you can participate from your home or office.

You must attend all five sessions - one in person and four online.
